ABOUT US
The club is designed to share aircraft ownership and use. Every club member is an equal owner of club assets. By-laws regulate aircraft scheduling, but informal courtesies keep them clean and properly configured for each member's use.
Wet
rates are competitive -- the more you fly the better the advantage.
Why Join Our Club?
The Condor Flying Club is a non-profit organization and only charges the minimum fixed monthly fees required to keep the club and aircraft in excellent shape. If you fly more than 2-3 hours a month, you will be saving a lot of money in comparison to renting an aircraft from a local FBO operation. In fact, the hourly rate of our aircraft is almost 1/2 the hourly rate of any FBO within 20 miles of KFDK.
The real advantage comes when you need the aircraft for a whole week or weekend trip. Many FBO's charge minimum hourly fees for everyday the aircraft sits away from it's home airport. This can add up to thousands of dollars where our club plane flown to say Ocean City would cost a mere couple hundred dollars for the entire week!

Costs and Rates? The Condor Flying Club is diligent in providing the lowest cost possible to it's members. The following is the typical costs associated with flying our aircraft and can change at any time:
Insurance? The Condor Flying Club covers insurance for all members and the aircraft as part of the monthly membership fee.
